About Sunbow Location Services
SUNBOW was created in1980 as a Caribbean-wide location service to answer a cry by the production industry for a professional scouting service and equipment rental company locally owned and operated. Taking the helm in 1986 were Steve and Agi Rampino, thus beginning their Oddysey through the Caribbean production scene.
Sunbow has delivered equipment from Puerto Rico to Tobago by both air and sea accepting the challenge to help get the production done right and on time.
Home-ported on Water Island, located in the harbor of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, SUNBOW has positioned itself as the leader in the Caribbean production community.
Owned and Operated by Agi and Steve Rampino, SUNBOW has provided professional location services and equipment for over 20 years.
Agi, a former producer for Metromedia Television, the forerunner of FOX TV, adapted her many years of location production in the New York Metropolitan Area to the idyllic Caribbean settings she immigrated to. Utilizing her exceptional person-to-person skills and never-say-it-can't-be-done attitude, Agi morphed from a successful citysmart producer from the jungles of New York, into a Caribbean-wide Location Scout and Manager, known, respected and loved by almost all whom she encounters no matter what their background or ethnic roots.
Steve, a former Technical Director for FOX TV, uses his extensive knowledge of equipment and logistics to smoothly transport the SUNBOW juggernaut throughout the entire Caribbean Basin. Complimenting his technical skills, Steve is a 100 Ton Coast Guard licensed Captain who can navigate your technical and support equipment on one of his boats anywhere from Puerto Rico to South America.
